COCONUT PHILLY FUDGE BALLS
- 2-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1-3 ounce package cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- shredded coconut
- salt
- Gradually add sugar to softened cream cheese; mix until well blended.
- Stir in vanilla and pinch of salt.
- Shape into balls and roll in shredded coconut.
- Chill and serve
