COCONUT PHILLY FUDGE BALLS
  • 2-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1-3 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • shredded coconut
  • salt
  1. Gradually add sugar to softened cream cheese; mix until well blended.
  2. Stir in vanilla and pinch of salt.
  3. Shape into balls and roll in shredded coconut.
  4. Chill and serve
