MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE
- 4 cups sugar
- 14 ounce can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pint marshmallow cream
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil.
- Boil rapidly for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add marshmallow cream, chopped nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla; stir until marshmallow cream and chips are melted.
- Pour into a 9x12-inch buttered pan.
- Let cool and mark into squares.
