MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 14 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 pint marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil.
  2. Boil rapidly for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add marshmallow cream, chopped nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla; stir until marshmallow cream and chips are melted.
  4. Pour into a 9x12-inch buttered pan.
  5. Let cool and mark into squares.
