HOLIDAY CHERRY FUDGE
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 package creamy white frosting mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup candied cherry halves
  1. Butter loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.
  2. In top of double boiler, melt butter in milk.
  3. Stir in frosting mix until smooth.
  4. Heat over rapid boiling water 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in nuts and cherries.
  6. Spread mixture evenly in pan.
  7. Let stand until firm.
  8. Cut into 1-inch squares.
