CHEESE FUDGE
  • 1 cup or 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 8 ounces pasteurized process cheese, cubed
  • 1-1/2 pounds powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped nuts
  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat melt butter and cheese, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Sift together sugar and cocoa; add to cheese, mixing well.
  4. Stir in non-fat dry milk, vanilla and nuts.
  5. Turn into a 9x9x2-inch pan.
  6. Chill until firm.
